 so you are out fishing and pull a back muscle , strain your leg , tear a bicep all of these things have happened to many a fisher man that caught the big one , so do not let this happen to you because with all sports yes even golf you need to stay in shape to prevent injury , so if you think you can handle a three hour battle with a 500 pound fish and not hurt yourself in any way , think again , so stay fit because you never know when you will be wishing you had as you lay in your bed after the greatest fishing fight of your live , wondering if you can even move with out pain to go to the bathroom , so don't kid your self fitness is good for life and your life needs to be a pain free as possible ,enjoy .
